Miller & Chevalier announced Joshua Drew, who has worked in associate general counsel and chief compliance officer roles at various multinational companies, joined the law firm as a member.

Drew will counsel clients on corporate compliance, ethics, anti-corruption compliance, and internal and external investigations.

He previously served as group chief ethics and compliance officer at international communications and technology company VEON.

Before joining VEON, Drew managed Hewlett-Packard’s response to a multicountry Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigation to its 2014 resolution, leading a global team of attorneys overseeing government investigations and litigation. Later, in his role as vice president and associate general counsel for ethics and anti-corruption at HP and then Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Drew oversaw the company’s self-reporting obligations and implementation of remedial measures under its FCPA resolution.
