Girl Scouts of USA appoints general counsel

She will report directly to Chief Executive Bonnie Barczykowski; join the executive leadership team; advise the board of directors; and oversee the office of general counsel, national board, and risk and insurance team.

Beinart succeeds Jennifer Rochon, who was recently appointed as judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Beinart brings decades of legal experience, most recently in the New York City Department of Finance. She previously served in counsel positions at the White House, U.S. Department of Justice, and in private practice.
