Web hosting company GoDaddy disclosed to the Securities and Exchange Commission the appointment of Nick Daddario to serve as chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer, effective Dec. 4.

Ray Winborne ceased serving in the capacity of principal accounting officer upon the effectiveness of Daddario’s appointment but will continue to serve GoDaddy as chief financial officer and principal financial officer.

Daddario previously served as vice president, controller for Harvest Health & Recreation from March 2019 to October 2019. Prior to joining Harvest Health, he held several positions with Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide from April 1998 to March 2019, including most recently as vice president, corporate controller and vice president, assistant corporate controller.
