Integral Ad Science (IAS), a global media measurement and optimization platform, announced the appointment of Yossi Almani as chief legal officer.
Almani will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Lisa Utzschneider and oversee the global legal and compliance functions.
Prior to joining IAS, Almani was general counsel at Affinity Solutions. Previously, he served as vice president of corporate, securities, and licensing of Revlon. Before that, he was a senior associate at Paul, Weiss.
