Aftermarket aerospace material and services provider KP Aviation announced Kim Schulze, the co-founder and current chief executive officer, will transition to the newly created role of principal and chief compliance officer.
The move comes as Chief Financial Officer Linn Shaw assumes the CEO role.
Previously, Schulze was the controller for Pacific Turbine Support and a financial analyst at the University of California San Diego’s Antiviral Research Center.
