La-Z-Boy names chief compliance officer, general counsel
Furniture company La-Z-Boy announced Raphael Richmond, senior director of corporate compliance and employment law, will succeed Stephen Krull as vice president and general counsel. Richmond will also hold the role of chief compliance officer.
