LendKey, an online student loan marketplace, announced the promotion of David Mark to chief legal officer and head of regulatory compliance.
Mark, formerly senior vice president, general counsel and head of compliance, oversees legal, compliance, and internal audit to ensure compliance with federal and state consumer financial services laws and regulations.
His experience extends to managing matters related to advertising, intellectual property, employment practices, and corporate law. He served as general counsel and head of compliance for more than a decade, according to his LinkedIn profile.
