Mars names DEI director for North America

In her new role, Moreira will lead DEI across all Mars North American businesses. She will be responsible for creating a cross-segment shared vision; developing a measurement strategy to track progress; and creating a communication plan covering growth, insights, and best practices.

Previously, she worked as a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation. She brings human resources and leadership development experience from working with global companies such as Kraft Foods, GlaxoSmithKline, Mercedes Benz, and BG Group (now Shell). She most recently served at Lenovo as global DEI director.
