Madison Square Garden (MSG) Entertainment and Sphere Entertainment announced Laura Franco was named executive vice president and general counsel for both companies, effective Feb. 20.

Franco will also serve as both companies’ chief legal officer and report to James Dolan, executive chairman and chief executive officer of MSG Entertainment and Sphere Entertainment.

She joins from Bumble, where she served as chief legal and compliance officer. Prior to this, she spent more than 25 years at Viacom and CBS Corp. (now Paramount Global).
