PRA Group, an acquirer and collector of nonperforming loans, announced the appointment of Keith Warren as chief risk and compliance officer, effective Jan. 29.

Warren will report directly to Group President and Chief Executive Vik Atal and serve as a member of senior leadership.

He most recently served as senior vice president and chief risk and compliance officer for TransUnion. Prior to that, he worked in numerous executive leadership roles at companies like Barclays Bank U.S., Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America.
