Prada Group, a luxury retail brand, announced the appointment of Cristina De Dona as general counsel.

In her new role, De Dona will be responsible for the supervision, development, and consolidation of all legal, intellectual property, and corporate affairs, reporting to the chief executive officers.

Previously, De Dona held national and international roles at both the government and private level. She recently held positions of international chief counsel at The Hershey Company International, deputy general counsel at Ferrero, and chief of staff for the Italian Ministry of Justice.

Along with De Dona, Prada appointed Andrea Bonini as chief financial officer and Diego Maletto as internal auditing director.

Bonini will report to CEOs Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli and will be responsible for the administration, finance, control, tax, and investor relations departments.

Maletto will report to Paolo Zannoni, chairman of the board of directors.
