Accounting firm PwC Australia announced the appointment of Kylie Gray as general counsel.

Gray will transition to the role under the guidance of Karen Evans-Cullen, who has been acting in the position since July, according to an internal firm announcement seen by Compliance Week.

Gray brings in-house legal experience, having worked in Westpac’s legal team for more than 13 years. She leaves her role at the bank as litigation, regulatory investigations, and financial crime general counsel.
