RE/MAX Holdings, a franchisor in the real estate industry, announced the promotion of Susie Winders from senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary to executive vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary.
Winders will report to RE/MAX Holdings Chief Executive Erik Carlson.
She served as a litigation lawyer with international law firm Jones Day prior to joining RE/MAX in 2009 as senior litigation counsel.
