Reliant Bancorp names chief accounting officer, controller

Kowalski has an extensive background in high-level accounting positions. He most recently served as director of financial operations at Franklin Synergy Bank. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer of Alternative Capital Funding Solutions; chief accounting officer and corporate controller of Avenue Bank; and senior vice president, finance and accounting officer of The Citizens Bank of Logan.

In his new role at Reliant Bancorp, Kowalski will manage the company’s accounting processes and staff. He will also direct financial and accounting policies, processes, controls, and reporting systems.
