U.K.-based housing association Sovereign Network Group (SNG) appointed Kirsten Keegan as its group general counsel.

Keegan joins SNG from JPMorgan, where she held senior roles over more than 10 years, most recently leading the global legal team supporting the payments business within its corporate and investment bank.

Prior to that, she also headed legal teams at Barclays Bank and was an associate at global law firm DLA Piper.
