Energy services provider Southern Company announced Meredith Lackey will be its chief compliance officer.
Previously, Lackey was the executive vice president, external affairs and nuclear development at subsidiary Georgia Power Company. Before that, she served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
She also worked with Colonial Pipeline as vice president and general counsel as well as chief compliance officer.
