Spearmint Energy names general counsel

She brings 20 years of regulatory affairs, compliance, and corporate governance experience and will serve as the company’s lead internal attorney and support corporate matters.

Previously, she served as deputy general counsel at Plus Power, where she reviewed and negotiated commercial contracts; supported enterprise-wide compliance; and oversaw a team of in-house attorneys, paraprofessional staff, and outside counsel.

Before Plus Power, she was a senior corporate attorney for Berkshire Hathaway Energy, where she supported corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, commercial contracts, compliance, data privacy and cybersecurity, and regulatory affairs. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Ahern Rentals, Diamond Resorts International, and KKBRF.
