Retail giant Target Corp. announced the upcoming retirement of Chief Legal and Compliance Officer Don Liu.
Liu joined Target in 2016, previously serving as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Xerox Corp. He also held in-house legal leadership roles at Toll Brothers, IKON Office Solutions, and Aetna.
Target will begin the search for Liu’s successor, with Liu set to transition to a strategic adviser with the company until 2025.
