Terminix Global Holdings, a pest management company, announced in a regulatory filing that John Mullen, vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, has left the company. Effective as of March 24, Mary Hopkins has succeeded him in these roles, the company said.

Hopkins, who joined Terminix in 2010, has held various finance roles in her 11-year tenure, most recently serving as vice president, internal audit since 2017. She previously served in the company’s financial planning and analysis function, advancing from manager to director to senior director prior to her last promotion.

Prior to Terminix, Hopkins worked for Lucite International and the accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
