Thread Bancorp appoints chief risk officer

In this role, Hoover is responsible for further developing the bank’s enterprise risk management program by ensuring continued regulatory compliance.

With more than 30 years of risk management experience, Hoover most recently served as managing director of enterprise risk management at Strategic Risk Associates.

Prior to Strategic Risk Associates, Hoover spent 20 years working for community banks in senior risk management roles, as well as five years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a bank examiner.
