Independent investment and wealth advisor Tiedemann Advisors announced the appointment of Whitney Fogle Lewis as chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel.
In this role, Lewis will oversee all aspects of the firm’s regulatory and compliance functions. She will report directly to Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel Kevin Moran.
During her seven-year tenure at Carlson Capital, Lewis served as deputy chief legal officer, providing strategic and legal guidance to business leaders and investment professionals as well as performing regulated compliance functions on behalf of the firm’s U.K. office. Prior to this, she practiced at Vinson & Elkins and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
