Banking as a service company Treasury Prime announced the appointment of Marty Roberts as general counsel and chief compliance officer.

Roberts will oversee the company’s legal functions as well as compliance and risk management. He previously worked as general counsel at RPX, a patent risk management company, before being promoted to president and CEO in 2017. He also advised on regulatory matters and administration of bank receiverships at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
