Tupperware Brands disclosed in a public filing Karen Sheehan, vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, will resign, effective Sept. 30.

Sheehan notified the company Aug. 7 of her pending departure, the filing stated. The company noted her decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the company; management; board; or relating to operations, policies, or practices.

She will help to ensure a smooth transition of all legal matters and assist with the search for her successor, the company said.
