The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s (UPMC) Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer Tom McGough announced his intent to retire at the end of this year.
McGough joined UPMC in February 2011 from Reed Smith, where he was a partner, member of the executive committee, and chair of the litigation department.
His legal career included clerking for Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist and serving as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
