Data analytics and technology provider Verisk announced the appointment of Samantha Vaughan as chief privacy officer.

Vaughan will lead the development and implementation of policies to protect the data entrusted to Verisk and help ensure the integrity of the company’s data practices, regulation, and compliance.

She joins Verisk from Dell Technologies, where she was the managing director and global head of privacy legal. Prior to Dell, she was senior vice president, corporate ethics and compliance and chief privacy officer for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Previously, she worked for Prudential Financial, AIG, and Selective.
