Investment firm Vista Equity Partners announced the promotions of Chief Compliance Officer Gwen Reinke and Chief Legal Officer Alan Schwartz to senior managing director.

Reinke joined Vista in 2014. She sits on the board of PowerSchool, a Vista portfolio company, and is also a member of the board of governors of the Investment Adviser Association in Washington, D.C.

Prior to Vista, she served as partner, general counsel, and chief compliance officer at Blum Capital Partners.

Schwartz joined Vista in January 2020. Earlier, he served as managing director at First Reserve Corp. He also worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a corporate partner focused on private equity.
