Vytalize Health announced the appointment of Derek Kang as chief compliance officer.

Kang, who brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, will join the leadership team.

Previously, he served as chief compliance officer at UCLA Health, where he helped teach compliance programs, privacy, and information security and led several compliance initiatives for the University of California.

In addition, he led the compliance and audit programs for Allina Hospitals & Clinics and Texas Children’s Hospital.
