Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), owner of the retail pharmacy chain Walgreens, named Lanesha Minnix as executive vice president and global chief legal officer, effective April 15.

Minnix will report to WBA Chief Executive Tim Wentworth and oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, corporate governance, and corporate security functions.

She was most recently executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Ecolab. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president and chief legal officer for Flowserve. Previously, she served as senior vice president and general counsel for BMC Stock Holdings.
