WildBrain appoints general counsel

Family entertainment company WildBrain appointed Mark Trachuk as general counsel.

Trachuk will report to Josh Scherba, president and chief executive.

Prior to this, Trachuk served as counsel at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright. Earlier, he was worldwide group general counsel and corporate secretary for Entertainment One and before that a senior partner in the business law group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt.
