Office and production print technology company Xerox Holdings appointed Flor Colon as chief legal officer and corporate secretary.

Colon was also named to the Xerox executive leadership team.

She joined Xerox in 1999 and has held various positions in the legal department. Most recently, she served as deputy general counsel, corporate secretary and chief ethics officer.

She serves on the boards of ESL Credit Union, Rochester Area Community Foundation, and Monroe Community College Foundation. She has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Young Women’s College Prep Charter School of Rochester, Greater Rochester Enterprise, JustCause, and United Way of Greater Rochester.
