$1.7 billion medical device manufacturer, Invacare Corporation, has hired Colleen Craven as chief compliance officer. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the company's initiatives to ensure it is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding the design, manufacture and distribution of medical devices.

Craven joins Invacare as the company looks to improve its corporate compliance procedures and documentation practices. She most recently served as vice president of corporate compliance and business practices at Endo Pharmaceuticals, a U.S.-based specialty healthcare solutions company. Prior to that, she spent six years at PwC, where she provided consulting services to healthcare companies on the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs.
