Kimball International has appointed Julie Heitz Cassidy as chief compliance officer, in addition to her current position as general counsel and secretary.

As chief compliance officer, Cassidy will have responsibility to oversee compliance with laws and company policy and assist in maintaining a highly ethical corporate culture. She was promoted to vice president, general counsel and secretary in 2014 and has been with the company for 20 years.
