Magellan Petroleum, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, has announced the resignation of C. Mark Brannum as general counsel and secretary, effective Aug. 15, 2014.
Brannum will be leaving the company to pursue another employment opportunity. As a result of his resignation, Magellan Petroleum said it will restructure current management assignments.
