Ethics and compliance software and services firm NAVEX Global now offers a free online awareness and training video series designed to help organizations focus on preventing sexual harassment and effecting positive changes in workplace culture.

“Sexual harassment is not just a compliance issue. It is a workplace culture issue that is unacceptable, toxic, and puts the entire organization at risk,” said NAVEX Global President and CEO Bob Conlin. “While harassment training has been around for years, there is clear evidence that many employers lack the tools and experience needed to address this issue from the top, at the board and executive level, to drive cultural change.”

NAVEX Global has created a three-part series of anti-sexual harassment awareness and training videos available free of charge, with no restrictions on usage. The three-part video series is the latest installment in NAVEX Global’s ongoing You Can’t Delegate Ethics (YCDE) campaign, which launched earlier this year. Overall, the campaign posits that systemic change on the issue of sexual harassment will occur only when leadership, at all levels of an organization, takes responsibility for creating workplaces where the culture is “hostile to harassment.”

Other components in the YCDE toolkit include:

Two-part eBook with insightful guidance from industry experts on sexual harassment detection and prevention;

Sample anti-sexual harassment policy for use by organizations without one;

Recorded Ethics and Compliance Virtual Conference (ECVC) Master Class webinar: Defining and Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Modern Workplace; and

A discussion group for this topic on Compliance Next.

All YCDE assets are available free of charge on the company’s You Can’t Delegate Ethics web page or at Compliance Next.
