Pacific Continental, the holding company of Pacific Continental Bank, has promoted Maria Seip to executive vice president and chief risk officer. She will join the organization’s leadership team.

Seip left private practice in 2004 to join Pacific Continental Bank as counsel and was promoted to senior vice president and general counsel in 2008. In her new role, she will direct the risk and legal functions of the bank, including internal audit, compliance, enterprise risk management and all legal activities.
