Bank of America has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging know-your-customer and other failings in its dealings with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Terms of the settlement, reached on March 12, are not scheduled to be filed until March 27, according to the docket of the case (Jane Doe v. Bank of America) filed in the Federal District Court for the District of Southern New York. A hearing on the settlement terms will take place on April 2, with U.S. District Court Judge Jed Rakoff.
