Ryder System, a U.S.-based provider of transportation and supply chain management products, has appointed Frank Mullen as vice president and controller and principal accounting officer, effective as of Sept. 18, 2017, the company announced in a recent Form 8-K filing.

 

Mullen joins Ryder from Global Eagle Entertainment, a global provider of media, content, connectivity and data analytics, where he held the position of SVP and chief accounting officer since 2016. From 2015 to 2016, he served as vice president and controller of Pinnacle Foods, a maker, marketer, and distributor of branded food products.

 

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mullen held roles of increasing responsibility at Aramark, a provider of food service, facilities, and uniform services, from 2000 through 2015, including as vice president and assistant controller from 2014 to 2015 and associate vice president – corporate accounting from 2006 to 2014. Mullen began his career in the audit and assurance practice of Arthur Andersen.
