Seneca One, a receivables factoring company that pays cash for structured settlement and state lottery annuities, has hired Eric McCarthy as general counsel and executive vice president.

Previously, McCarthy was general counsel at Honeywell Technology Solutions. McCarthy also was a partner in the global antitrust and competition practice with Latham & Watkins. He had previously served as an antitrust litigation partner with Howrey Simon.
