Takata Names General Counsel for North America Unit

Embattled Japanese-based airbag supplier Takata has named Bruce Angiolillo as general counsel of TK Holdings, the North American subsidiary of Takata, effective Jan. 1, 2015. Angiolillo joins Takata following a 34-year career at global law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Details inside.
