Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, a publicly-traded REIT, announced ithe promotion of Thomas Guerrieri to vice president, chief accounting officer, and controller, effective immediately. The company made this disclosure in a Form 8-K with the SEC.

In this role, Guerrieri is responsible for SEC reporting, accounting, and financial reporting and financial reporting systems. He will report to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jim Williams.

Guerrieri, who joined the company in 2000 as director of financial reporting, previously held the position of vice president and controller. Prior to joining Tanger, Guerrieri was a senior accountant at PwC.
