TD Bank Names Head of Enterprise Risk Management

TD Bank has promoted Tom Longstroth to head of enterprise risk management.

His range of duties include managing risk management programs and frameworks that demonstrate effective oversight of business transactions, ensuring appropriate governance, measurement and reporting of risk taking activities, and defining, monitoring and reporting quantitative and qualitative metrics related to TD Bank’s risk appetite.

Longstroth, who has 17 years of experience in banking and risk management, joined TD Bank in 2013 as head of operational risk management operations. Before that, he served as an operational risk manager at Bank of the West, and at PNC.
