Opus Global announced this week that it has acquired Hiperos, a third-party management solutions provider.
Established in 2013, Opus Global was created through a $500 million partnership between private equity firm GTCR, and Doug Bergeron, former CEO of VeriFone. In addition to serving as Opus Global’s CEO, Bergeron has assumed the role of executive chairman of Hiperos.
