Vanguard Natural Resources, an independent oil and gas company, has announced changes to its leadership team, including the appointment of Patty Avila-Eady as chief accounting officer. In this role, she will work closely with Chief Financial Officer Ryan Midgett.

Avila-Eady, who has been with Vanguard Natural Resources for the last ten years, has been responsible for the preparation and oversight of financial reporting of both public and private companies, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting guidelines.
