Curtiss-Wright has promoted Paul Ferdenzi to the position of general counsel and corporate secretary, effective immediately. He succeeds Michael Denton, who retired in February, after serving in these positions since August 2001.
Since November 2011, Ferdenzi was vice president of human resources. Ferdenzi joined Curtiss-Wright in June 1999 as an associate general counsel, responsible for the company’s legal needs in the areas of employment, securities and real estate law.
