Reliance Industries Limited, India’s largest private-sector enterprise with more than $58 billion in annual U.S. revenues with businesses in the energy and materials sector, has appointed K Sethuraman as the group’s company secretary and chief compliance officer. Sethuraman assumes the roles from Vinod Ambani, the company said in a regulatory filing.
