Computershare Limited, a financial services provider for the global securities industry based in Australia, announced on March 16 that it has agreed to acquire El Segundo, Calif.-based Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, a claims and noticing agent that provides administrative support services and technology solutions to companies undergoing a corporate restructuring or Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
