Third-party risk management platform Prevalent announced its acquisition of U.K.-based risk and compliance firm 3GRC.
With the acquisition, Prevalent plans to build upon its products, services. and expertise while expanding its presence to the United Kingdom. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
