Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) announced the addition of Managing Directors Dave Cappellina and Rich Fogarty to its Disputes and Investigation practice. Cappellina and Fogarty will serve in Washington D.C. and New York/Miami, respectively.
Cappellina will advise A&M’s clients in cross-border financial monitoring, including anti-corruption investigations and compliance services across the financial services, retail, healthcare, and energy industries, as well as U.S. federal and state regulators. He is a forensic accountant with 30 years of experience.
