Risk and compliance software provider NAVEX Global is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom and across the European Union with the recent acquisition of U.K.-based whistleblowing hotline service provider Expolink.
Other related expansion steps include the hiring of Giles Newman as EMEA managing director and establishment of a second U.K. office in Chippenham to complement the company’s existing facility in West London.
