With real estate investment trust Store Capital being acquired by GIC and Oak Street, Store announced in a public filing that General Counsel Chad Freed will be adding chief compliance officer to his duties.
Freed will oversee real estate, corporate development, and compliance matters in the role, according to his company profile.
